Order Processing Time

• Orders are processed within 1-2 business days.
• Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the following business day.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

We offer the following shipping options:

1. Standard Shipping

   • Cost: $11 USD
   • Items are shipped 2-3 days after orders have been fulfilled

Delivery times are estimates and start from the date of shipping, not the date of order. Delays can occur due to various factors outside of our control.

International Shipping

• We currently offer international shipping.
• International shipping costs and delivery times vary based on the destination.
• Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or additional fees imposed by the destination country.

Shipping Confirmation & Order Tracking

• Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information. Please contact immediately if your address was imputed incorrectly contact@toujour.ca 
• You can track your order via the provided tracking number on our website or the carrier’s website.

Shipping Restrictions

• Certain products may have shipping restrictions due to regulatory or logistical reasons. This will be noted on the product page.

Damaged or Lost Packages

• If your package is lost or damaged in transit, please contact us immediately at contact@toujour.ca 
• We will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Address Changes

• Once an order has been placed, we cannot guarantee changes to the shipping address.
• If you need to change your shipping address, please contact us immediately at contact@toujour.ca

Incorrect or Incomplete Address

• We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
• Any additional shipping charges incurred due to incorrect or incomplete addresses will be the responsibility of the customer.
